Micheli Quadros, Esq.

N. Micheli Quadros, the founder and senior partner of the firm, was born and raised in Brazil. At the age of 21, she decided to leave her family in hopes of starting a new life in the United States. After moving to the United States, Ms. Quadros immediately mastered the English language and built a successful career in hospitality at the Marriott and Ritz Carlton Hotels. Although she quickly climbed the corporate ladder, she chose to leave her promising career in order to follow her passion and obtain a law degree.  


Ms. Quadros currently leads the Criminal and Civil Litigation teams. She earned her Bachelors Degree in Political Science with an emphasis on law and society at California State University, Northridge (CSUN). After earning her Bachelors Degree, Ms. Quadros pursued a Master’s of Public Administration (MPA) – Public Sector Management and Leadership - from the California State University, Northridge (CSUN), ranked in the top 17 MPA programs in the nation.


At CSUN, Ms. Quadros was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Jenniellen Ferguson Award for outstanding achievement in Political Science, the Lonnie S. Turner award, and the Department Award for Academic Excellence. She was also the chapter president for Pi Sigma Alpha – The National Political Science Honor Society and Tau Sigma National Honor Society.


At Loyola Law School, Ms. Quadros served as staff editor of the International and Comparative Law Review. She was also an oral advocate in the Inter-American Human Rights Moot Court Competition, a trilingual (English, Portuguese, and Spanish) competition where Ms. Quadros received the award for best English brief. Additionally, she was chosen as one of three best advocates from all participating American law schools.


Ms. Quadros is recognized as a published author and was most recently published in the Santa Clara Journal of International Law for “Secession: The Contradicting Provisions of the United Nations Charter – A Direct Threat to the Current World Order.”


Ms. Quadros’ fluency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese enables her to ensure her clients’ needs and expectations are met. She is a fierce and devoted advocate who will tirelessly fight for your rights.


Ms. Quadros is admitted to practice law in the State of California.



Sarah A. Cuellar, Esq.

Sarah Cuellar, partner of the firm, was born and raised in Bakersfield, California. She quickly learned the importance of work ethic and humility. Growing up in Kern County reinforced Ms. Cuellar’s passion to pursue a legal education in order to serve disadvantaged and underserved communities throughout California.


Ms. Cuellar is a proud graduate from the University of California, Berkeley where she double majored in Political Science and History with an emphasis in Military History during the Korean War. She served as an intern at the Veteran’s Law Practicum at Berkeley’s Boalt School of Law where she assisted Veterans in securing federal benefits. 


After graduating from Berkeley, Ms. Cuellar returned to Bakersfield  where she spearheaded the effort to provide purified drinking water and ice to Bakersfield’s migrant farmworkers. She assisted in building a startup company for 3 principle investors and oversaw operations for numerous ice vending machines. Working closely with migrant farmworkers solidified Ms. Cuellar’s decision to attend law school in order provide representation to underserved populations. 


Ms. Cuellar attended Loyola Law School where she was chosen to participate in the Hobbs District Attorney Clinic and received extensive courtroom experience. She served as a legal intern and certified law clerk with the Los Angeles District Attorney’s Office Hardcore Gang Unit, Organized Crime Unit, and Preliminary Hearing Unit. She is a a Council on Legal Eduction Opportunity (CLEO) Scholar.

Renuka Pandav

Renuka Pandav serves as legal assistant. Originally from the Chicagoland area, Ms. Pandav moved to Los Angeles to practice law. Before law school, she attended the University of Illinois in Urbana-Champaign where she majored in Political Science and Spanish, with a focus on U.S. foreign policy and international relations. 


During undergrad, Ms. Pandav was involved in community issues and campaigned for local senators. After election, Ms. Pandav worked closely with elected officials to represent the needs of the constituents, and she helped lobby for education, tax and healthcare reform.

 

After graduation, Ms. Pandav worked in the corporate field where she worked her way up from sales, to accounting and management. Eventually, she decided to pursue a legal career and moved to Los Angeles. 


During law school, she focused on criminal and civil rights law. She hopes to fuse her passion for civics and law to represent the people of the greater Los Angeles area.  


Currently works as a legal assistant at the Quadros Law Group. She is fluent in Spanish, Hindi and Marathi.
